Refund Policy

Thank you in advance for purchasing our product! Due to our products being handmade, all sales items are final and non-refundable. however; if by chance you receive your item and see any defects/ damage due to our negligence feel free to send an email with photos because your item may be eligible for a replacement.  Once your return is received and inspected, you will received a email notification acknowledging return received.  You will also get a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days depending on your banking institution and original method of payment.

Late Pickup/ Delivery Policy  Please note purchased items that haven't been picked up/ shipped after 30 days have gone, unfortunately, the customer forfeits the item and the monies paid for said item(s). in order for your purchased item(s), to be considered for a possible eligible return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  As well as in the original packaging.
